Rock On

Melodic sounds reverberate through the air. It’s Saturday morning and Chris and his crew are setting up for their Annual Jazz Summer Series. The Yellow Bird has played together for the last thirteen years, and they are always excited when their weekend tour schedule makes it way back to their hometown.

They are the answer to what happens when a high school rocker grows up but never loses their lust for a weekly jam session.

By day, Chris is a dentist, Ryan is a plumber, Todd an engineer, James a history teacher, and Diane runs a home daycare. By night however, they are a rhythm and blues, funk fusion ensemble that rocks harder than most millennials.
